I'm pretty sure the tube size is the same as the regular sierra. It's just that the fittings have a larger outside diameter than the regular sierra, so there's more space for castings on tubes. So the same pin chuck should work.

I'm having a dickens of a time finding ANY pin chucks. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Arizona Silhouette has expansion chucks for several pens, Not sure if they have one for the sierra as these are usually used for closed end pens.
