So my wife & I worked on the shop and moved the band saw next to the drill press. The bench the lathe and dp are on had a linoleum top which was looking pretty dirty. We cut up two pieces of wood and used my air nailer to secure it and then my wife had me use edge pieces on the front. She then decided it needed teak oil finish rubbed on it lol. Anyhow, that is the main focus of my shop. I have another work bench for assembly etc not pictured.

I see something came off the lathe and punched a hole in the wall. Nice repair job

lol ... I thought the same thing ... those pen blanks flying at 3600 rpm can really do some damage to cement blocks!

Todd, looks like a nice and efficient setup you have there!

Nice. I noticed you turning tools and on a magnetic strip. I did that and it magnetized them to the point they didn't slide freely on the steady rest. Make a rack out of wood.

Yeah I have one made out of wood on the bench side. It hold my wood chuck pen pro and the woodchuck round as well. I also have the stainless steel tool rest from the person on here who sells them. I rarely use the tools up there. It does though hold my centers when I am not using them.

Looks pretty nice and compact Todd. Wouldn't want you walking off anywhere, other than to get some more stucko right?

LOL, that's right. My garage is the dedicated shop, but I have everything I need for turning pretty much right there. I am going to update the photos with the other two sections. I have plenty of room for sure.
