Just thought these may give others an idea for Christmas or birthday gifts.
I've been doing a little turning for Grandkid's birthday's and for Christmas. Below is a perfume bottle (has a small glass vial inside).
Here's one of my small birdhouse ornaments. I've made a small stand for it with a base and 16 gauge brass wire (16 gauge was the largest I was able to find---slightly bigger wire would be better 14 or 12 gauge.) I found the wire bases sold to be a bit spendy and these end up for just the cost of the small piece of wood and perhaps 25 cents worth of wire.
