John,

There will be several penturning related events at the AAW symposium next June in Hartford, Conn. Click here to learn more.

Ed,
Could you point me to where I can find what is happening. I can only find special interest night, which only says what has happened in the past.
It would be good to know ahead of time, as I am one of the local people putting this together.

Jerry,

The latest issue of the American Woodturner (vol 25, no 1), which began mailing out to the membership late last week, has a partial list of the 300 + demonstrations and panel discussions that are planned. Click on this link for a sneak peek. Here's a list of all the demonstrators that have signed on - click here. The complete rotation grid is in work and should be up on the AAW's 2010 symposium page within the next few weeks - so check back often.

BTW, Jay Hockenberry has a really nicely done article in the latest AW issue titled "Pen Turning as a Cottage Industry" - a great read.
