Pens for two of my heroes

These are pens that I gave as gifts to two very brave young ladies who are patients of mine. Both pens are made from blanks created by Eugene Soto. The first one is a sketch pencil in Wizard's Purple Mist and the second is a kitless fountain pen made from a blank called Full Spectrum. Lighting on the first two pictures is different in order to give you an idea of the beauty of the resin. Hope you like them. Doc

The "Full Spectrum" pen ... did you apply a finish coat of CA or anything else ? . Or is ths shine from polishing the uncoated blank material ?
