Cheer Penn State

I am one of those who has had a bad experience with Penn State in the past with lengthy shipping issues. I had vowed never to use them unless absolutely necessary. I had an order for some things that my usual PSI reseller did not have and instead of waiting for him to receive them, then ship to me I ordered from PSI directly. (I need to be able to deliver some of these things at Thanksgiving with family members.)

This experience was vastly different from previous times. I ordered late on Tuesday evening 11/19. I did pay extra few dollars ( I think $2) for the express processing so the order was processed the next morning and shipped that day 11/20. I received my order today, Friday 11/22 before 4PM local time.

With this order I am completely satisfied with service PSI! I will be buying from them again in the future.

I've had good luck this year with Penn State as well. Not same day shipping, but next day.

I had a seam ripper kit missing some parts. Called them and they quickly sent me a replacement. They don't seem to be the friendliest people to talk to on the phone, but I can't complain about the products or order fulfillment.
