I placed two orders with Penn State on Friday. The first was for a Woodturner's 3-Jaw Micro Chuck. After about an hour I decided I wanted the 4 Jaw Chuck kit so I called customer service. Was told my original order was already at the back of the warehouse (I believe she said shipping dept) and the warehouse had left for the day. So I placed a second order for the 4 Jaw. I got the shipping confirmation on Monday for both orders. Both showed up Wednesday (pretty darn fast considering I only paid for ground shipping). When I called to get a return RMA for the 3-Jaw the customer service agent was polite and very quickly helped me get a RMA.
Overall both interactions with customer service were extremely smooth and professional. The product ships out of their warehouse fast though so keep that in mind when ordering and try to make sure you get the order right the first time.
