Cheer Penn State warranty/parts replacement

Just a real quick cheer for PSI's warranty/parts replacement. I had a problem where the plastic threading bit came off in the cap, taking the pen nib with it to also get stuck in the cap.
PSI replaced not only the threads but the clip that got scratched up while I had to disassemble and repair of the cap.
