hi guys I have a question this is this first time that I have had any trouble with penn state but I placed a order Monday and the only response that I have got it the email with the order I have emailed them and have not heard from them at all I use the order number on the email and it says have not shipped I used the ground shipping but I usually have a email stating that it has been shipped before now. anyone else had this trouble

My experience with PSI has been slow responses via email (if any). I think you'd have an easier time getting a hold of them on the phone to get your question answered.

Sometimes they take a while to ship packages.

Edit: They did ship my package today that I ordered yesterday so that may or may not be your problem.

They tend to be slow but have improved recently. I haven't ordered from them in a long time but when I have I don't worry about the status of my order. I just wait for it to arrive.

I ordered items two weeks ago and had a shipping notice on the second day. Items arrived on day 7.

That is a normal experience for me with PSI.
