I am working on a closed end full size Gentlemen pen. For the finial of the closed end I segmented on a thin piece of black and then a piece of Alt Amber about 1/2 long. I wanted to see how it looked without having paint behind it. It looks gorgeous. (I will post pics when I get it finished tonite or tomorrow).
I thought, "wonder if I could get one of those tiny led lights from a model railroad store and a tiny hearing aid battery and fit them into the pen with a small internal hole under the amber so it would glow". I quickly realized that if there was a battery small enough it could be done, but I'm not the man for the job.
I was wondering if anyone else ever thought about this or made one or tried to make one.
