I'm a little confused (which is probably an improvement, as I'm usually a big confused)... is that first listing for 14 assorted pens and pencils, or 14 pen+pencil sets (ie, 24 writing implements)?

(also, my calculator says that 5+1+3+3+4 = 16, not 14... although it's likely my calculator has been damaged by too many years of heavy drinking)

Bats: Your calculator is working fine - you are correct - 16 sets of Comfort kits, not 14. Each set includes 1 pen & 1 pencil kit.
