Looks like Steebar and if it is, they do not have the best reputation.
That's a Steebar sub-company (same address as Steebar according to the BBB.

I agree 100% on RUUUUNNNNNNNN when it comes to steebar, but there is another Pen Making Supplies www.penkits.biz , (if you click on contact us, it will say B & G Supply) that i have gotten some things from on 2 or 3 different times, 3 to 4 days shipping. no complants yet.

I just got my order from Pen Making Supplies ( B & G Supply). I have used them for low cost Cigar kits for my bullets. The transmissions are double twist. I always call and talk to them. I have used them twice with good results.
