I have only been turning pens for a little bit, I think I have made about 6 pens in total. I decided to give another one away to one of my patients who has been having a hard time. He is such a hard worker and it is my second time working with him. He is a "younger" guy in his late 60s that has been dealt a difficult hand. He had such a big smile on his face when I gave it to him and he told me he would cherish it forever.

Little things mean a lot. Also it feels good to give.

It's the kind gestures in life that are always remembered and the high value that gets placed on them that counts.
