Pen boxes

In searching pen boxes I see a number of mentions of Amsterdam boxes. Is the one with the window on top, I believe the call it executive, good for most size pens?

Would it hold a cigar pen?

Yes, it's the executive box with the window. It will fit almost all sizes except for full size pens (Gent, Emperor, etc.) And barely fits the PSI Victorian RB/FP pens.
