For the African Blackwood Burl, you're not going to find that on E-bay. Regular Blackwood, yes, but not burl.
I know Steve Smith (username 'SS') has had some African Blackwood Burl. You may want to try reaching out to him to see what he might have.
Can't help on the Curly Paela. I had a little bit, but have turned it all and have wished I could find more of it with curly figure myself. I do have a beautiful small slab of Paela Burl, but that's pretty rare and my piece is not for sale.
