Pen Blank Maker

I'm looking for a custom pen blank maker that knows how to segment colors or stack them up. Does anybody know any users that do this? i'm looking for a pen blank that is orange, then a white stripe, then navy blue

I know rsjimenez makes blanks in solid colors like you describe, often resembling school colors.
