is there any difference in the 8mm pen tube and pencil tube they are different part #'s from pen state... anybody know?????? if there is any difference what is it.?????

Yes, I'd be interested in knowing myself....I can't picture that there can be any difference, unless one or the other has thinner sidewalls.

I sent a message to PSI asking that question. I'll let you know what they respond.
My Guess (only a guess) is that the pencil tubes are thicker. I only guess that because they are the same price and one pen pack has 8 tubes and one pencil pack has 6 tubes.

well I talked to psi they iinformed me that they are different, that the pencil tube has thicker wall than the pen tube .. fyi

That might be why some of my pen things are tight I might have pulled the tube from some pencil sets and got them mixed....who'da thunk it?
