I called this morning. CSR told me they were running system upgrades that took longer than expected. 
My translation: Software update crashed server, so they were restoring backup. :biggrin:

Took several tries but I eventually got logged in. One message I got said sorry, your request cannot be completed - with a number of options. I selected the last, which was to click on the paypal logo. Once I did that it took me to my account.
Appears they are experiencing some problems today, obviously:biggrin:.
Keep trying, filling those orders can wait, about time for lunch anyway
