Why is it that when you go to a site that accepts paypal and you go to check out and it asks if you want to ship outside the US, and you choose your country and then update but it never does do anything???? I have been to several members site on here and it always does the same thing, so you still always have to get a hold of the vendor to get you the shipping price, or you carry on through with no shipping and then the vendor has to send you another paypal invoice for the shipping only. All these transactions cost money.
