Anybody else having problems printing Paypal International Priority Mail postage? I have been trying all day and keep getting a message that Paypal shipping is not available.

I figured out during that last group buy that I couldn't use paypal shipping through Chrome any more and had to open a Explorer window for it.

Recently, I have had several times that International shipping was not available through PayPal. Which means you need to go to USPS.com and process it there, along with the Customs paperwork. If the site tells you you don't NEED Customs paperwork, you will probably get the package returned to you---AMHIKT!!!!
And they will want you to put postage on it again.
You will soon realize why some vendors have stopped shipping international---

I upgraded to IE8 and printed shipping label with no problem.
Get the form right
There are two forms for international shipping a "small" and a large. Depending on the dollar value you could need a large form (4 copies and must be in a clear holder on the parcel. Probably won't print if you try to print the wrong one.
If you specify the wrong package I.e. Small flat rate box limit is 4 pounds. Medium and large flat rate boxes are both limited to 20 pounds I think.
And of course, PayPal might not be able to connect to all the USPS servers.
If you print the form and don't use it you should be able to get a refund but it will take a couple of weeks.

Just keep trying. It is a glitch. Sometimes it works....sometimes it doesn't.
If you get the error. Wait a few seconds and back out and try it again. When I was shipping my molds, I got the same error. Tried to do it again and it worked.....
I know. PITA but it is easier than going to USPS and not being able to use your PayPal money that is already there....
