Don't they have a "forgot password" at the sign in? If not you'll probably have to call support of whoever is hosting the website and tell them to give you a temporary password so you can reset yours. Is there a way to have my password emailed to me?
I can't view my website and the host said to clear my cache. I think that deletes my automatic sign in thing and I don't remember my password. I thought I wrote it down.

If you clear ONLY the cache, it will not affect your login which is usually stored as a cookie.
In Firefox make sure only "Cache" is checked and then clear everything.
Internet Explorer doesn't have that level of detail.
