Is there a way to have my password emailed to me?
I can't view my website and the host said to clear my cache. I think that deletes my automatic sign in thing and I don't remember my password. I thought I wrote it down.

Don't they have a "forgot password" at the sign in? If not you'll probably have to call support of whoever is hosting the website and tell them to give you a temporary password so you can reset yours.

If you clear ONLY the cache, it will not affect your login which is usually stored as a cookie.
In Firefox make sure only "Cache" is checked and then clear everything.
Internet Explorer doesn't have that level of detail.

I don't know and I don't want to find out I can't sign in.

I have IE. I know the last time I cleared the history, it cleared all of my passwords and I had to sign back in to everything.

Can't help with the password here, but once you get re-enabled, go to lastpass.com and download LastPass for IE. You will NEVER forget your password again -- actually, you'll never even have to remember it.

I am a retired information security executive and have been using LastPass for more than five years. It is very secure, cannot be fooled by software that steals passwords as you login (key loggers) and very easy to use.

You will have to remember your LastPass master password, but if you PM me, I will show you how to create a strong password you won't forget.
