I was working on a Traditional Rollerball Kit today and managed to crack the small plastic funnel that screws into the cap and provides the snap on capability. So I opened another kit and tried again and again the plastic part cracked. so 2 kits and one blank screwed up. Anyone know where I maight be able to find the plastic funnel pieces, You can be sure I won't be using any more of these kits when these are gone..

Have you asked your source for the kits?

I am not familiar with the traditional, but I have had very good success going back to the vendor for replacement parts.

You might want to check your tubes

I was having similar trouble, I found my end mill was rolling a little bur inside the tube. Fixed that and my troubles went away. (those troubles anyway).

I would also check with the supplier, they might know of an ongoing problem.

psi CUSTOMER SERVICE

After contacting PSI with the problem, they sent me replacement parts at no charge. Guess you can't complain with customer service like that.
