I need 3 springs & 1 plastic retainer for the Pennstate Traditional Roller Ball pens! Can anyone send me in the right direction to find these parts?:doctor:

You can probably find the springs from Richard Greenwald. I have no idea for the plastic retainer other than to call PSI, but I'm guessing you've tried that.
springs are also available from Exotic Blanks and others. WoodnWhimsies may carry them also.

I'm with Bob... I've had excellent service from PSI for replacement pen parts for the past couple years and couldn't be more pleased! I hope you've given the a call and hope you've had as excellent service as I have had! Safe turning to you!

Find the springs at ace hardware for 25 cents each. They might be to long but that's what snips are for. It's good to have a stash of springs
