"parker" style kits?

Does any one know of any kit that uses a "Parker" refill but does not have a center band of any kind.
I'm looking for a "slimline" on steroids.

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but PSI sells a power pen that looks like a slimline and uses a Parker refill. It appears that you can drop the CB from this style, but I have never done one, so this is just a guess.

Who has the kit for that and for how much. What length is the turned part.

The shaft of the pen requires a 3 1/2" blank.

I made one, if you check my photos it is a modifiede slime line pro. OK it a pencil but change the hard ware and the you have a pen.
