Paper template for index wheel on pen wizard

I have been watching Mr. Bealls video on the pen wizard and he mentions that he thought someone on the forum has created a template to assist in indexing that can be down loaded and applied to the index wheel. That is all I know and have been searching all week and am unable to locate it. Can anyone assist me? It would be greatly appreciated.

How to post a higher res picture (jpeg) to the library

Can anyone tell me how to post a higher res picture (jpeg) to the library.

I didn't see any info except for PDF files.

I have submitted higher res photo to librarian and would expect to see it posted soon.
If anyone needs it in the interim please send me a PM with your email and I will send copy to you .

Template and photos of it in use have been put in the 2009 library, My thanks to the librarian.

To use, print the PDF's second page, in color. I use one template on each side.

Resolution is sufficient for purpose which of course is as an aid to counting, or perhaps I should say miscounting the holes. A miscount will end up with a botched job.
