Paper Pen box source

I am looking for a source for these paper pen boxes.



Does anyone have a good source for them or something similar? I would like to get about 100 of them.

Woodcraft has the very box pictured. I've been buying them and the price is generally fair (4 for $5) but not excellent IMHO.

This is also what I use from Woodcraft. Customers really like it. You can get them cheaper if you buy 4 sets at a time.
