Has anyone found a good method for painting the inside of a blank to hide the tube? If so what brand of paint do you use? Also the type of applicator would be helpful.

I use any brand of acrylic paint and a Q-tip. I then run the tube through it several times and wipe off the excess from the tube. Let it dry and then CA it in.

I use the Krylon "Fusion" paint to spray the drilled hole. It is designed for plastics. I do let it dry for 24 hours before gluing in the tube with epoxy.

I just finished a pen that I used 2 coats of Rustoleum Gloss Enamel on 2 days ago and it seems OK. The blank was Inlace Acrylester.
