Thanks for the comments.
It is metal powders over ebonite. Just adding some more variety and choices to my pen lines. You never know what someone will like, and I hate missing a sell []

Believe me Tip, if I could paint a hula girl without her hula outfit, I would have the best looking pens []

Yes, there are 5 coats of Enduro over the paint.
