It appears that the hotel is out of MPG rooms at the MPG rate. Is there a limit?

OK so here is what I found out.
We have 21 rooms left in our block.
If when someone calls and the desk is busy the phone rolls over to corporate, this is where the problem was. Corp saw that rooms were reserved, they did not know they where only blocked for us and available to us.
The local has now got everyone at corporate lined up. They may still try to upsell, but they now know we have rooms on hold at $99

Thanks Bob. I sent Jeff Miller a copy of your post in case he doesn't see it and encouraged him to call the hotel back so he can be changed to our block of rooms.
