Other CA methods?

So I just started turning pens and tried friction polishes which wore off in a day so i'm interested in a CA finish. I've looked through the forums and found only 1 discription of application...and many people said that that was an overkill method. I was wondering if people would post their CA finishing methods from start to finish(hahaha) so that i can get an idea of where to start. Thanks
