One inexpensive solution I have come up with for packaging/displaying pens is making origami boxes for them using 8x8in square paper. I got a large pack of paper for about twelve bucks from Micheals and use shredded paper from my local party store to line the bed. Here is a video showing you how to make the box. I know it is not nearly as pretty and as nice as a wooden display, but I think it gets the job done pretty well and for relatively cheap. I'd love to see some try it out, or improve on the idea in anyway.

P.S. - If you end up trying this, I find it works best to make your lid slightly larger then the base by folding a little short of the center.
