Playing around with some small turning....should of had my OptiVisor on as these were getting hard to see detail.

No Xacto knife. I used a 1/4" spindle gouge, a 1/4" skew, and a 3/8" bedan.
The 1/4" Skew was handled and a little harder to maneuver. The other tools being un-handled worked nicely.
