I have 2 pieces that I asked Rick to create for my Jet 1442. Since I don't have that machine anymore, these are just sitting waiting for a new home.

Straight shank dead center. This is a normal 60-degree dead center tip but the main body is 3/4" down the entire length and a total of 5 1/2" long. I used this in a 3/4 collet chuck to move my turnings away from the headstock. This would also work great to chuck into the long blank drilling jaws as well so you don't have to remove your chuck between drilling and turning between centers.

** Please note that due to the length of the center, this will expose any runout you have in your headstock or chuck. The center itself is straight and true.

Next we have one of the modular tool posts. This will fit the full sized Jet banjo but uses the smaller threaded top size from the mini/midi posts so you can exchange top bars with your midi/mini lathe post.

I'll get pictures and exact sizes when I get home tonight.

$25 shipped if you take them both.
$10 + shipping each if you take them seperately.

Here you go Mike

The dead center shows a little bit of use, but it runs straight and true. If not, blame Rick

The tool post is 1" diameter and 4" from base to shoulder and 4 1/2" from base to top of the threaded post.
