Because I had to spend several hours doing the monthly billing that should only take an hour and a half at most.
Why does it take several hours? Because some rich people do not pay their rent. Because I have to spend my time following very strict regulations. If the regs are not followed to the T I can get sued. The regs definitely lean heavily in favor of the guy not paying the bill.
Now I am grumpy too.
