I just tried making my second batch of snakeskins.. I am using PR..I followed the directions on the front page to the letter exept 2 things.1 I could find the cork so I used wooded dowels.. No big deal but I had to knock out the PR and bb's. The second was I didn't vacuum first.. I just used pressure.. But I didn't have any air bubbles.. The prolem I am having is dry spots on the snake skin.. The first batch I thought it might have been some of the CA had gotten on the snake skin.. So on the second batch I used a small amount of a glue stick to hold the skin on.and I used a coat of polyurathane clear coat before pouring and I still have dry spots.. Maybe it was the snake skin??? Not sure on this.. If you need pics I can take a few.. But this is to much $$ to keep wasting on these.. Thanks for any help..
