Eric, at least they don't refer to their PR as Precious Black Resin, personally I like their Olive pens, but since I can't afford an Omas, I think I'll just make one.

There is so much mark up on those pens, it probably only cost them $50-75 max per pen. I would like to sell pens in that range though

That is the object. Make as much money as possible. Markup is GOOD. Keeps pen turners and pen makers in business and living well.
:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

I know that it takes alot to get to where brands like Omas, Visconti, MB and others. But it is a goal to reach for...besides you can only by a handmade pen made by me from me so...:biggrin:

Interesting to go to sites like the Art Brown one and see some of the exact same pens good folks here are capable of making. One can also gather quite a few design ideas too!

What gets me though, is why in the world would a site like Art Brown, that has items costing and arm and two legs, have a Crayola Crayon displayed across the top of their page? Wonder how much they sell them for?

I looked at several pages and could not find a reference as to where they are located. Even their "Contact Us" page has nothing except input areas for one's e-mail, etc. so they can contact you back (Yea, right!.) Reverse listings for 800 numbers are worthless!

I for one will never shop at a site when there is no direct contact or address given. P.O. boxes don't count either!

The pink Crayola Crayon still bothers me big time ... :confused:

Not sure if you really wanted someone to answer what MSRP, but... Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.

My question, at the price, does it come with a case and owner's manual?

I understand why you look. They are really nice designs and just fun to see. I look at all of the various sites. It is amazing to me how many ways one can make a pen. It is eye candy.
