Old Pen tools

I acquired some materials and tools from someone no longer doing pens. I don't know what these things are for:


I had to resize this to get it to load. Hope the resolution is sufficient to recognize these parts to an object. The tool is some sort of drilling jig I think.
5 ~7mm holes.

I've never seen anything like that, and can't think of anything pen related that it would be used for.

A wild guess would be Ornament parts for the brass pieces.

The plate is used for drilling pen blanks. It was sold by Penn State Ind. I have one used it a few times before I got my drill press.

The brass parts look like some I have for a "plumb bob".
