Classic Nibs, that is!
I had a hardware problem. It was NOT a Classic Nibs problem, or even a problem with Classic's supplier, but in fact with a 3rd party.
Roy took the bull by the horns and SOLVED my problem.
Thanks! I don't see how customer service can get BETTER than that!
