I have been making acrylic pens for quite a while and I have endured the pain of working out the minute scratches slowly...I came upon some Novus 2 plastic polish and was wondering if anyone out there has some tips on using this to finish their pens.

Thanks,

Novus has been suggested in several previous posts. Personally, I use HUT Ultra Gloss Plastic Polish, McGuire's Scratch and Swirl Remover and Flitz.
Do a good turn daily!

I use Novus2 for plastics and CA finishes and it works well for me. I have found that if you sand lengthwise with the lathe off as your last step before using the polish you will get better results and faster too.

I use it on all my plasctics and even my plexi finishes. I just put a small drop on an old piece of t-shirt material and rub it back and forth vigirously as the lathe spins. Works great!
