November 25th or 26th Jacksonville

I am going down to Jacksonville FL for Thanksgiving. This past summer I was there, but the pier had no fish on it, a hurricane was offshore, so it dried up the fish. Well I am hoping to make another trip to Jacksonville pier the end of the month, is it worth the trip? I am probably looking at heading there the 26th while my wife is shopping...
