As i get wiser with age i am starting to realize when i am not supposed to be in the shop enjoying myself. Today was definatley one of them. first off, i cracked a tru-stone blank during drilling, there went 15 bucks, then i cracked a couple acrylics, at this point i realized my drill bit had a chip out of it and was not drilling the best. okay problem fixed drilled out some cigars just fine. next problem, i assembled a cigar backwards....time to order the disassembly kit from PSI i guess because the drill bit i used tore chuncks out of my hand when it slipped.

The only sucsessful part of the day was i completed a shotgun pen from PSI and it came out great, until the assembly.......pressed in all the parts just fine, looked great, perfect fit, until i put the ink cartridge in it, total failure would not fit.... checked measurements, checked on line, all the parts were correct could not figure out what the hell i did so wrong. called over a fellow turner and finally it finally dawned on us 30 MINUTES LATER.....i was trying to use the parker refill from my cigar pens rather than the hauser rollerball cartridge you are supposed to.

So now that my hand has quit bleeding and my pride is shot, i am going to grab a cold beer and watch the masters, i am done! hope you guys are having a better sunday than i am!

Pad the remote with a big fluffy pillow. They are hard plastic, you know. do not use any eating tools other than a spork. It will still stick you but not very deep. Use only paper or plastic plates and glasses, stone ware will break leaving sharp edges and glass, well we all know about glass. Perhaps you should even sit on the floor to prevent falling off a chair and damaging the floor, sitting on it keeps you from falling to it. Enjoy watching the grass grow at the Masters. That is the best part of Golf on TV.

PS. Congratulations on getting your pen together correctly.
