non pen turnings

I've been working on a project and have these handy so I thought I would post a couple of my non pen turnings. Go easy on me!

Red Mallee burl cap bowl

Hickory bowl

Oak bowl:

All three were turned this summer and the burl cap bowl was a demo at a club meeting.

I am a sucker for the red mellee natural bowls, wonderfull !
That stuff is harder than a woodpecker's lips.

All are very nice, Don. Great job on that burl! But I tend to cater more to the knotty, knarly, knobby looking stuff like the Hickory and Oak.[]

What is this herecy??? These aren't pens! Putting that aside (as difficult as it is), I'll be a lemming and say that you did a heck of a job on all of them, but especially the burl!
