I am hoping other forum members can help me out. I just got off the phone with one of the popular pen supply companies. I was trying to get replacement parts for .30 cal bolt action pens (cap and clip) and the Vertex fountain pen (fountain NIB). They don't sell the cap and the clip was back ordered and they wanted almost $8 for a NIB which is over 50% of what a whole kit costs. What made matters worse and unacceptable IMHO is the customer service rep was very incompetent and unhelpful. I have not had this experience with any other customer service interactions with this company. So, does anyone have any sources for getting these replacement parts at a decent price? I have been able to find the clips but have not been able to find the caps and am unsure on the best place to get the NIBs. Thanks!
