HI all
I have been turning pens since August, and lurking here for a while. I decided it was time to show some of my work. Sold a lot before Christmas and didn't take pictures of a lot of them. This El Grande was made for a high school scholarship fund auction. The blanks are dyed box elder burl from Bill Baumbeck and the engraving was done by Ken Nelsen. Thanks to both. And thanks to everyone for all of the ideas you share here.

Actually, it is a very good looking pen. I would, however, resize the image to something closer to 600 pixels wide. []

Great looking pen although I had to hook up the computer to my wide screen TV to see it all !!LOL

Yes, PLEASE resize it...640x480 works just fine.

Who sells that kit? I think it would go great with that pencil you get from the school carnivals! I can't wait to see the resized photo.

I'm thinking that you need a really big hand to lift it let alone write with it!!![] Boy I heard that BB has some great blanks but...jeeesh![:0]
