Seems like we are getting quite a few new members fro the UK recently. I really enjoy logging on in the morning Gavin, and soaking up all the knowledge available from overnight posts, and then having a disastrous afternoon on the lathe.

After several unsuccessful attempts, I am pleased to announce my first successful turning of a "kitless" pen section, after wasting several housings kindly sent to me by Beaufort Inks "to experiment with". Thanks Phil!!. The housing actually screws in and fits!!!!

Now the hard stuff is over- back to the easy bits! Not likely to be cost effective for some time to come.

Good luck Gavin!!

Mike
