Was able to buy this about two weeks ago for $400. Advertised on Craigslist and about 18 months old. So far I'm tickled pink with it. Far superior than turning on a Shopsmith. I love the variable speed and the reversible features. Belt changing is a snap; about 30 seconds if that. For those who are curious, I have it mounted on an old ShopMate (Shopsmith clone. Long out of business).

Congrats. I see that isn't the original tool rest. Did that come with it? Looks like a nice one.

I have a Delta 460 and love it. You do know that Delta is no longer being produced, right? That may be a problem for parts down the road for us.

I don't know that this is accurate. Here is a thread recently that is supposedly a direct communication with the new owners of delta:

Part of the transition also included a shift in resellers.

Good catch, Derek. It is one of Rick Herrell's tool rests.
I couldn't see clearly enough in the photo but, if you don't have it already, and are using Rick's flat top rest for work with carbide chisels, consider purchasing his locking collar. That way, you can just drop the rest into its receptacle, and it will be at the right height every time. Love it! Russ
