New Toy Today

Wife bought me a Rigid Oscillating edge belt/spindle sander today. Anyone have one of these? I can't wait to set it up and try it tomorrow.

I bought one about a week ago, plus the Rigid table saw, my birthday presents from my wife.

The sander is cool, and works really slick. The table was really easy to square up, and I love the portability of it. I've already used it to square up some blanks.

I agree 100%. I find myself using it all the time. Congrats!

I have one and occasionally use it to square pen blanks but it is so aggressive I prefer the new carbide pen mill I got. I also set up a jig to thickness sand on it. Works pretty well in a jam. Works great on bandsaw boxes. Enjoy!
