The knees and the ankles won't take the pounding of running any longer. So bicycling has taken it's place. This is what's' Going to get the job done. My new Trek 7.2 FX Fitness/commuter bike. So far I put 20 miles on in 3 days.it's so light and easy to ride it's like riding with out working at it. I love it.
