Hi, all.

I have a metalworking lathe, but I've made myself a little tool rest so I can use it to turn small wood pieces, too. I fancy making a pen or two as gifts.

I recently removed a mahogany door frame and I'm gonna turn up a piece. I bought a pack of 7mm blanks. Looks like I need to make a mandrel now.

I'm quite excited about the potential end results!!
