New to pen turning - first post

I started at pen turning 3 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it a lot :biggrin:. This is a photo of one that I like. Please feel free to critique, I would like the feedback.
It is made of Australian Beefwood.

It is evident from your photo that while you may be new to pen turning, you are comfortable with the skills necessary.

As to your pen, it is GREAT! I am not familiar with Aussie Beefwood, so that was nice to see. The combinations of your segments worked well, so the final appearance is appealing.

Where are you in Aussie-land? There are several "down-under rascals" that frequent IAP, so you are not alone!
